RETURNS POLICY


The Vault.Shop Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on this Website.

We recommend you read our Returns Policy carefully prior to placing an order and retain a copy of these terms and your order so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and exchanges and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend you immediately examine Goods delivered to you to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage or fault and that the Goods received match the order You placed.




Faulty or Damaged Goods Returns

If any goods purchased from us are damaged, incorrect or faulty, simply return it to us in the condition that you received them in, and we will happily refund or replace at our sole discretion.

Our products come with a full 100% guarantee, so should a product you purchased from us be faulty or damaged (through no fault of your own), We will refund it or exchange it within 14 days.

All claims must be accompanied with the product in its original packaging and the purchase invoice. Simply complete the returns form below or email a copy of your invoice, images of the damaged/faulty product together with a description and your best contact details to Vault.Shop Customer Service: customerservice@vault.shop




Change of Mind Goods Returns

Please choose carefully as the third-party Sellers listed on Vault.Shop are not required to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. It is possible that some third-party sellers listed on Vault.Shop do authorise change of mind returns. Please confirm the third-party sellers returns policy prior to making a purchase.

If you wish to exchange Goods which you have purchased in error, we will happily exchange provided that:

  • You return the Goods within 14 days of purchase

  • You provide Proof of purchase (Your Order Confirmation Email)

  • Goods are unused with tags attached and in a resalable condition

We reserve the right not to offer an exchange if the above requirements are not met.

Please note: Some items are unable to be returned, including PPE, First Aid, Safety Items, Underwear and Socks.




Refunds

Refunds will be made via your original payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

Delivery Charges

Any Goods replaced under the Returns Policy due to being damaged, faulty or incorrect will be delivered to you free of charge.

Any exchange returns due to you changing your mind about your purchase will incur a redelivery fee.




Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have Consumer Guarantees for Goods and Services you purchase. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Vault.Shop and/or our third party Sellers cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by Vault.Shop and/or our third party Sellers, the manufacturer or their service agent. Vault.Shop and/or our third party Sellers will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
